John Albert Thomas is a solo piano composer who is working with NILMDTS on a new album featuring 10 songs inspired by 10 families who have suffered the loss of a child. This interview talks about the struggles, pain, despair and hope that families need to go through this dark journey. Johns music helps bring healing to families that don't know what to do or how to cope with such a devastating loss. NILMDTS is a national organization that connects grieving parents with photographers who can document their loss with sensitivity. The organization is well known & respected in the photo industry. This film was a very successful tool which helped John raise capital for his project, and will be used to reach out to counselors across the country to help families.
