IT’S ABOUT TELLING YOUR STORY: We shoot HD cinema films & photography that are both exciting, modern and unique. Our work draws a visual picture about you, gives you a connection in a very personal level. Our short films are unique and artistic, with a custom indie film approach to each project that we shoot. Our photography is compelling and beautiful. We love photographing weddings that make a statement about who you are as a couple. Our approach is simple, professional and fun. We work quietly behind the scenes on your wedding day, orchestrating each segment of your wedding day to capture you in real, beautiful, and inspiring moments that you will cherish for a lifetime. You find that we are down to earth and love working with people, and work very hard at what we do to make sure you have some amazing photographs & films of your special day.
More about our FILM STYLE: When we start developing a film concept with a couple, we ask a bunch of questions, show you several styles and come up with a concept for your film. We can add special after effects to each film, and work to give each of our films our signature style. A lot of the process is about art, and we ask for as much creative freedom as you will give to us. Capturing you together will require some candid moments, and sometimes some special direction. We try to capture events as they happen, but sometimes we will set up a scene and let the couple run with it. We love to work with available light, if you have a night time wedding, we will want to help you design your ambient lighting theme, and will recommend the best lighting for photography & wedding films.
MICHAEL ALLEN: I’m a down to earth guy with a passion for amazing art & photography. I love photographing weddings, and I have a successful studio based in Memphis Tennessee, with over 15 years photography & production experience. I continually strive to think “out of the box” and deliver exceptional photos for each of my clients. A member of WPPI and PPA, my vision for my clients is to offer the very best in photography and print products. Our studio recently won a Accolade of Excellence Award from WPPI, and I’m very honored to have won many other awards. I have work that has been featured in publications across the globe, and I’m currently the editorial photographer for Southern Bride Magazine. I’ve got a beautiful wife and kids who all keep me on my toes. Did I mention that I love working with people? I’m also available for travel just about anywhere.
TRACY WELCH: My associate photographer is Tracy Welch. Tracy has an amazing personality and rarely meets a stranger. She has been working with me since 2010, and has a wonderful talent as a photographer. She recently helped me coordinate & shoot a major photographers workshop in Seaside Florida, and is mastering her skills as a photographer and cinematographer. Her recent travels took her to Africa for a missions trip, where she captured beautiful images of the people of the land, as well as shooting on her first Safari. She recently landed one of her editorial photographs on the cover of Southern Bride Magazine, as well as several photographs in the fashion spread. She shoots weddings and other projects, and is available for independent assignments as well.
